What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final to protect our time. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or missed will result in an account credit that can be used towards a future appointment. More than two missed or less than 24-hour cancellation appointments may result in your dismissal as a client.

Does Divine Refinery have a customer referral program?

Yes. Existing clients receive an additional 15-minutes of complimentary bodywork, at their next session, for each referral who books and attends their first appointment.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit/ debit to reserve appointments. Gratuity is optional and may be added at the time of booking on your card or we can accept cash. All payments are due in full at the time of booking. We do not have access to your card on file. Divine Refinery does not accept health insurance.  

Does Divine Refinery accept men as clients?

Divine Refinery provides services to women. We are more than happy to refer you to another massage therapist if you do not identify with our target audience.
