What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final to protect my time. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or missed will result in an account credit that can be used towards a future appointment. More than two missed or less than 24-hour cancellation appointments may result in your dismissal as a client.
Do you offer same-day appointments or walk-in clients?
Clients are served by appointment only, no walk-ins allowed. Appointment can be booked at a minimum of 18 hours in advance online.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit/ debit is required to reserve appointments. Gratuity is not accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. I do not have access to your card on file. Health insurance is accepted.
Does Divine Refinery accept men as clients?
Divine Refinery provides services to women. We are more than happy to recommend other licensed massage therapists.
