What you picture when you think of a massage. Massage oil or cream is used on the skin. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reiki uses a technique called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy or chi through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
This is a moving meditation for the client and therapist. It takes place on a comfortable floor mat with the client fully clothed. Oil may be used on the feet. Acupressure and gentle stretching are used to provide pain relief and deep relaxation.
While massage is typically performed by applying downward pressure, cupping uses negative or upward pressure to pull, lift, and sculpt the soft tissues of the face.
Coming soon! Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
