Swedish Massage
What you picture when you think of a massage. Massage oil or cream is used on the skin. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Thai Massage
This is a moving meditation for the client and therapist. It takes place on a comfortable floor mat with the client fully clothed. Oil may be used on the feet. Acupressure and gentle stretching are used to provide pain relief and deep relaxation.
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation focuses
on reducing stress, increasing focus & mental clarity, improving communication and managing difficult situations. I bring these skills into every session and use them in my daily life.
